Effective June 13, 2008 - AP Professionals LLC Metro New York office located in Morristown, New Jersey announced today that it will change its company name to Capax Consulting LLC effective July 1, 2008 to reflect new service offerings grown and acquired in 2008. “Capax, meaning capable, is more indicative of what our group of companies represent today to its clients – a deep capability to drive business value for our customers,” says John Baiocco, Managing Partner of the Capax family of companies. “Over the last 5 years our business has quadrupled and as we differentiate ourselves in the marketplace a new brand and name was required to fully reflect our current position.” With expanded service offerings globally, Capax is continuing to build on its core business of introducing commercial product offerings that accelerate technical solutions across financial, media, and pharmaceutical industries. “Our customers and partners know that they are working with extremely capable people when they engage us – both the experience and tenacity of our staff far exceed our nearest competitor and having a name that reflects that is paramount to rebranding the firm,” says Jerry Hawk, Capax Partner and CIO.
