community charityevents scholarships

Since 1997 AP Professionals has funded Accounting Scholarships to five students annually at St. John Fisher College, SUNY Geneseo, and SUNY Brockport. This is just one of the ways that we help the local Accounting community. The scholarships are based on academic achievement and community involvement. AP maintains a relationship with the scholarship winners and has assisted many of them later in their careers.

employeeholidaygiveaway

Each December the recruiting team here at AP will pick a local charity to donate to during the holiday season. In the past we have provided food, clothing and other gifts that are requested by that particular charity. Due to the poor economic situation in 2008 the team decided to change gears and help some of the hardworking individuals that were on current temporary assignments for AP, but might be in need of some additional help at the holiday time.

The Rochester office of AP Professionals donated over $1000 in gifts to their own temporary employees including blankets, holiday decorations, toys, and many other things used to make the holidays easier. Through this process the team gained a greater appreciation for the temporary employees that work so hard for them every day.

temporaryrewardsprogram

Since 2007 AP has given out over $180,000 to our current temporary and contract employees through our Temporary Rewards Program. The program began in 2005 and was created as a way to thank our employees who end up in long term assignments, or do a number of different temporary assignments for us. The program consists of gifts ranging from $25 to $75, holiday pay after a certain number of hours worked for us, and bonus pay at a certain increment of cumulative hours. The AP Rewards Program allows us to show our commitment and appreciation to those very valuable people who make up a core part of our business. Without you, AP would not be what it is today.
